Knight Frank named the most prosperous cities in the world
International consulting company Knight Frank has prepared a report City Wellbeing Index 2020. Analysts measured the quality of life in 40 cities around the world.
Knight Frank experts have developed an index of urban well-being. They chose the factors that help hinata make the decision about where to invest and where to purchase a home.
Cities were evaluated according to eight criteria:
Access to green zones
Number of Sunny days per year
Traffic congestion
Crime rate
Level of happiness
The quality of health care
The balance between work and personal life
Municipal management
TOP 10 most prosperous cities in the world in 2020:

Helsinki, Finland

Berlin was on the 11th line. This is followed by Dubai on the 15th, Lisbon on the 16th, and Rome on the 18th.
Oslo is recognized as the leader in the number of green zones. According to the World Cities Culture Forum, 68 % of the city’s public space is occupied by parks and gardens. It is followed by Singapore with 47 %. And Sydney and Vienna shared the third place with a score of 46 %.
Dubai is the leader in the number of Sunny hours per year — 3,509. The top three also included Los Angeles, where the sun shines for 3,254 hours and Miami-3,154.
The balance between work and personal life was measured using the ratio of the number of working hours for each day of vacation. The best result is in Moscow, where there are only 51.6 hours of work per vacation day. This is followed by Paris — 55.4 and Amsterdam — 57.5.
